What parks to you consider to be "complete"?

@Serena and I recently spent a wonderful weekend at Heide Park in Germany.

As usual, the topic of "what should this park get next?" arose in the car on the way back to the airport and we really struggled to think of a notable gap in their lineup.

They have enough rides to cover something for whatever your taste. Want airtime? Colossus, Krake & Scream are there. Inversions? Just pick any of the B&M's or Vekoma's. Speed? Colossus & Desert Race deliver.

Considering the supporting flat rides, quality dark rides and plenty for all the family; it's really hard to think of what they "need".

Don't get me wrong, I'd love it if they added a real world-beater like a Giga, Intamin Multi-launch or a massive RMC; but it's rare that a park lineup feels this complete.

So I'm curious, what parks do you think have a complete lineup? And if you have been to Heide Park, what would you add?

I honestly think that Europa Park probably has the most complete lineup I can think of.

Particularly now that Voltron has opened, I can’t think of much that place is really missing; they have coasters of all thrill levels, dark rides, water rides and, well, just about anything in spades!

100% agree! Bar a solid flat ride in the form of a drop tower or gyro swing, Europa has pretty much everything you could want!

I'm thinking Liseberg. Granted, I didn't have time to do Underlandet, so I'm not sure how they're doing in the dark ride department, but everything else is there, great coasters of all sizes, high quality flats and a couple of decent water rides to boot.

This - before Voltron it was missing a modern, world-beating coaster but that sorted now.

Personally I’d say Islands of Adventure. Excellent dark rides? Check. Excellent coasters? Check. Excellent water rides? Check. Amazing theming, good options, and secret areas to explore? Check, check, check. I still think it’s the best park in the world, intrigued to see if Epic Universe will change my mind in September but I doubt it.

First park that came to mind for me is Walibi Belgium.

Solid, albeit largely unremarkable, coaster selection, including smaller/kiddie, all rounder family, family-thrill and out-and-out thrill.

Variety of water, flat and dark rides. And they are aimed at the whole audience.

Sure, you could make arguments they need a modern multi-inversion coaster, or a more traditional dark ride. But the park doesn't feel like it's necessarily missing those additions. They're at a point where they more just to throw out the old/garbage, and update it with the new.

On Walibi Belgium @JoshC.; they just need to get Loop-Garpo RMC’d and remove for 2x Vekoma’s and jobs a good one.

So I'm curious, what parks do you think have a complete lineup? And if you have been to Heide Park, what would you add?

I think airtime, inversions, speed and some good flat/dark rides are a good starting point for a list of what I think a "complete" park should have. I'd add a few more items though:

- A wooden coaster
- Some kind of spinning coaster (I would include both vertical and horizontal axes, so a Mack Spinner and the S&S 4D models would both count)
- A log flume/water coaster/river rapids

I also think for a park to be complete it needs to be nice to walk around, it doesn't have to be theming, but it needs to give me the opposite reaction to the one I have when I see Storm Surge at Thorpe.

It sounds like Europa still easily clears the bar with those added to the list. It also sounds like Heide pretty much has everything covered apart from the spinning coaster.

This is really making me want to do a tour of Germany.
