New attractions at Paultons Park

Moving away from the coaster speculations, what other rides could Paultons get for their 2026 vikings land? 🤔
Of course it might be a flat ride of some sort that we haven't seen in the UK as on the staff memo it mentioned another ride "UK's first".
Does anyone have any suggestions of what it could be! 🤔
A Zamperla Big Wavez could be the UK first, believe the only other installation is in the Middle East?

If they’re keeping the edge, can imagine Zamperla will come out to make some improvements so would be wise to get some flats from them to help save costs.

Whilst I think an intamin family coaster would be great, I think we need to remember the Viking graphic from last years superfans event that strongly hinted at an inversion. And in Lawrence Mancey’s interview with lift hills and thrills he strongly hinted that people would be surprised with the ride choice, in that it would be more thrilling than people might expect. Now it could that the more thrilling ride will be the one going over where the go karts used to be (maybe as part of a phase 2) but still worth remembering.

Personally, I would love to see Paultons build something like Merlin’s Quest at Toverland. I think something like that could work very well with Viking theming.

The holes by the dragon ride are giving entrance portal to me, especially with the new path headed in that direction. The coaster turns underneath Cobra into the area between Cobra and Edge which backs this up. Could we see The Edge relocated in 2026?

They have recently just redone the fencing around edge, don't think its being relocated?
Imo that fencing doesn’t look up to the standards Paultons have done in recent years. Someone mentioned it was redone due to health and safety and below the minimum height.

Yeh to be fair surly if it was staying where it was they would replace the fencing with the fences like around cobra when the changed those into metal

I think after studying the footers, it does seem very much like Mahuka's (Intamin Hot Racer), which I think is a massively good fit for Paultons, not too thrilling, but still can satisfy us thoosies. Intamin are also quite good at tailoring train designs for parks theming choices, so obviously with the Vikings theme, it could make for a good battering ram themed attraction.
As for the supporting attraction(s), considering the past addition of Cyclonator, it wouldn't be surprising if we got another Zamperla. Could be a Nebulaz and BigWaveZ or an Air Race?
Either way, we know Lawrence and his team will be cooking something epic. Ghostly Manor and its attention to detail, Tornado Springs and its amazing theming, so I have no doubt whatever we get, is gonna be pretty amazing! Plus, Cobra and Edge rethemed!

Yeh I mean I guess we will find out more in the superfans event in just under a month.

Yeh, one thing i know is that magma will be leaving us august-september
That's a shame 😕
I would have thought it could have incorporated into the Vikings Land. oh well 🫤 I can totally understand if the ride is unpopular or maybe theres a life span of the SBF Visa's spinning drop tower. I bet when that leaves, it would only be Croc Drop (if it does spin) & the one at Adventure Island.

I believe some of the reason is due to the maintenance that goes into magma is getting too much now as well.

I believe Magma was explicitly mentioned at last year's event as being integrated into the new area along with Cobra. Correct me if I'm wrong

Edge wasn't mentioned although it is logical that all three rides are integrated into the area. They're all newer rides and fill in well for family thrill.

I am sort of expecting Seal Falls and Digger Ride to be off soon and I'd imagine the Tea Cups will end up at Hayling Island in the near future.
