Europa Park | Voltron | Mack Rides Stryker Coaster | 2024

Has there been any word/hints on when this will open? We could do a trip near the start of April but I'd hate to miss it
We all hope it will be open at the beginning of the season, but the park haven't released the opening date yet, so we cannot know for sure. 😔

Michael Mack has shared some more artwork.

Will there be a single rider line?

Continous loading plus single rider line could make for exceptional capacity.

I can't wait for March to see what Voltron looks like!

Love the fact that this will have a moving platform. It definitely helps with operations. Cannot wait to ride this.
Does it really?

We decided to ride Cobras Curse at BGTampa and that had a moving platform...and for how tame the ride was and how easy the restraint system was, HOLY CRAP that line crawled. Longest, slowest wait of the day. Maybe it was just the ops at that ride, because operations everywhere else were great.

Has two technically, no one can operate Mack's (actually any coaster) as efficiently as Europa do

It all depends on a parks operations. If your ops are good, a moving station will give you plenty of time to dispatch a train and take stress of the operators.
If you’re short staffed, or your procedures just take long, it will hamper the dispatches as the whole station comes to a full stop.

But Europa will keep the station moving. They might have the best ops in the world, and are the only park who can realistically get the theoretical capacity out of a ride.

Yeah, when you see them being used to their advantage, there's no denying that they're excellent for operations. Just... don't base your whole point on BGT 😂
