Cedar Point | Siren's Curse | Vekoma Tilt Coaster | 2025

Idk whether to move my trip to august or just keep it middle of June. I really wish things were more concrete as I don’t wanna wait too long before changing (airline flights getting more expensive the closer you get).

On the other hand I’ve never been to CP and I bet the crowds would be better June 15-20 than August 10-15. And the park cooler on top of that. Idk what I’ll do as all the rides are new to me, but it would make me a bit sad not to ride Sirens. And then in the back of my head I think if I move it to August TT2 will be down by then lol

Seems to me like June 15 even is coming down to the wire

I saw it testing the last couple of days. Drop does look interesting, but the thing itself is rather dwarfed by the other big rides around it. Wasn't too upset at missing the cred 🤣

Wonder how bad queue times are gonna be this summer
I'm thinking bad. It's going to be like 30 dispatches an hour at most, which will theoretically mean 720 pph. Half of that will go to FLP. The queue is huge and located out of sight from the midway, so you won't be able to gauge a line length asides from what the app/entrance says (can be wildly off sometimes).

The saving graces are that this is an expansion to park capacity and it being Vekoma means that it's going to operate more consistently than most of the park's major coasters, which between maintenance and hardware have been overly prone to breakdowns. Loose articles out of the way means that train shouldn't be waiting on the brakes for a dispatch.

Not saying that huge lines aren't normal at CP, but honestly that park can be a headache.

Yeah unfortunately looks like an incredible ride imho but scaled for a small to medium park as opposed to CP. ugh.

POV.

and there's a lot of 'media day' videos appearing. Just for a starter here is Mr Leshock's

Missing the best one :P

Liking the forces on the reverse cam. I fear we'll get to see peak park queue performance with the 4th of July right around the bend!
