Building a coaster guests are happy with

Every time I build a coaster I get told 'it is too scary and guests won't ride it' or 'Guests will get too sick'.
How do I know which bit is too scary or making them ill? is there a guideline about how high or fast or how many loops?

Sounds like a Planet Coaster question - so moved from "Roller Coaster Construction" into "Coaster Games" section.

Never played the game myself though, so afraid I can't really help with the answer.

You probably want to check the ride stats. Super high G forces will deter guests. If you are building a hill for example, you want the train to crest the top between 25-45 mph to make the ride exciting, but also not too fast so that it doesn't exceed Negative G Force limits. When building a valley between hills make sure that it is wide If the train is travelling at high speeds. Hope this is of help.
