Whats your most used word currently?

Thought i'd post this as i seem to have phase's where by i'll use a word very commonly in conversation, out of frustration, greeting or simply to avoid swearing! so whats yours?

Currently mine is nobbins. For example.

Greeting:
"How do nobbins?"

Frustration:
"Oh nobbins!"

In conversation in a descriptive manner:
"Its absolutley nobbins"
