Runaway Timber Train Accident @ Landmark Forest Adventure Park

Seem's that at around 11.40am today the Runaway Timber Train at Landmark Forest Adventure Park has somewhat derailed mid course, looks like the last 2 cars?

At present no injures reported and emergancy crew's supposedly left at 12.14pm

Has this happened to an IE Park of this model before?

Doesn't look good. The fact the emergency crews have left already is probably good news, though.

The photo perspective is hard to decipher, but it looks like it was a good distance from any of the supports, so hopefully just an unpleasant ride for those involved!

Good to hear that no injuries were reported, although no incident occurring on a coaster is good news by any means.

I hope those involved aren’t scarred too deeply emotionally, as being involved in an accident like this must surely be hugely traumatic.

Worryingly yes. There was an almost identical accident in the same model ride at Imagica back in 2014.

Considering there's only 3 of this model the fact that 2 of them have detailed is a bit concerning especially for Gullivers Matlock Bath who have the other one.

^ nah they don't, was removed when Gulliver's ripped out all their (similar) "big" coasters a few years back.

Minor update:
8 people have been injured including 2 children however seem's it's all minor

Newer pictures available make it look like there was an issue with road wheel/bogie on carriage 5...
