New theme park coming in 2018 replacing Six Flags New Orleans/Jazzland called Transformation Village. They say it is going to be like a mini Disney World.

This isn't a park under construction. It's one of several ideas that has been put forward to transform the area. I'm sure there is an existing topic for SFNO in news & rumours.

I don't think it's correct to put this into park construction until everything has been approved and ground has been broken.
