Consult the book of Guinness!
The current record is for greatest number of different roller coasters ridden over a 24 hour period, which is held by a group of Americans from 2001. They rode 74 roller coasters across 10 parks in four different states: http://www.guinnessworldrecords.com/wor ... -24-hours/
The record for most consecutive days ridden on a roller coaster is held in Europe by Richard Rodriguez, who rode the Big One 112 consecutive days during park operation hours: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OoHMXLguF2A

^No need to "consult the book of Guinness". We have that info posted on our Records page, however that doesn't answer the question and I haven't been able to find an answer. So perhaps Dave's friend will need to contact Guinness for the answer. There's a possibility that the record hasn't been attempted or no one has met the minimum requirement.
