Dreamwork's Theme Park in New Jersey?

Could be interesting to see another Entertainment company make a park like Universal and Disney have. Let's see if the NFL will block it though.

That would be cool to have another disney/universal type park around but I think it would be more along the lines of Nick Universe in the Mall of America. Since its going to be inside there it won't be as big as a disney type park and they talk about having all these different things other than the theme park. "Plans for the mall include an indoor ice rink, ski and snowboard park, water park, movie theaters, restaurants, retail stores and a live performing arts theater." I don't know how big the area is but I know its not as big as the Mall of America.

Even though I dislike what the Giants and Jets are doing they do have a point with the traffic situation. I think it'll be interesting to see how it develops.
