Re: Liseberg | "Project Helix" | Mack Megacoaster
Uncertain if anyone really cares at this point since they also posted a construction video, however these are from a visit on 1st of June:
In the area between Uppskjutet and Höjdskräcken
Around the stairs between Uppskjutet and the...
Re: Have you ever had a ride prediction that turned out righ
Personally I do not generally make predictions but rather hope for something to happen, and that has come true. I recall thinking back in 2009 how fun it would be if they got rid of the observation ride at the Liseberg tower and built...
Re: Liseberg | "Project Helix" | Mack Megacoaster
Not sure if people care too much at this time, however they posted a few pictures of computer animations and a small-scale model on how they are planning the queue/station to be:

Re: Grona Lund 2013 - StarFlyer?
It will be exciting to see what will happen, however it is still a great pity to see the top scan go, seeing as it was in my opinion the best flat ride in the park (and by quite far, despite Fritt Fall). Oh well, with a lot of luck they will as suggested above...
Re: Liseberg | "Project Helix" | Mack Megacoaster
No, since they replaced the corkscrew that was previously there with the inside top hat. The layout was previously Launch 2-Twisted airtime Hill-Corkscrew, now it is Launch 2-Inside tophat-airtime hill
Re: Liseberg |
Such exciting news since the park is located a mere 3 hours away!
Perhaps, but personally I would think they would begin with the parts that does not interfere with Lisebergsbanan and Flumeride to keep them open as long as possible. Though who knows. But I hope they will be...
Uncertain if it still has it or if it was just an opening season problem, however Tranan at Skara Sommarland had a painfully loud lift section when I visited (early June 2009).
It might not appear like it, but in the rear car of Twister at Gröna Lund there are some incredible airtime on a few humps, especially the one diving under Jetline.
I have only ridden two, Fritt Fall at Gröna Lund and Atmosfear at Liseberg. Both are rather amusing to ride, however I believe Fritt Fall is more entertaining despite being the shorter and additionally being at sea level. This is because the cars break further down. The view on both are really...
Re: Rollercoasters that you wanted to ride, but got dismantl
HangOver (Liseberg)
Thriller (Gröna Lund)
Z-Force (Six Flags Great America)
Eagle Fortress (Everland)
Big Bad Wolf (Busch Gardens Williamsburg)
Drachen Fire (Busch Gardens Williamsburg)
Batman: The Chiller (Six Flags Great Adventure)...
Re: Faarup Sommerland announces new rcoaster for 2013!
Since it appears to be the same type as Kvasten it will probably be a great roller coaster, and since there is also Lynet, maybe a park to aim for!
However I hope that they will have two train operation, eventhough it seems to brake at the...
Re: Cedar Point | "Gatekeeper" | B&M Wingrider *UPDATE PAGE
I think this is a greatly exciting addition, and also finally another incentive to visit the park.
So the inversions are in order dive-drop, immelmann, giant corkscrew, zero-g roll, dive loop and zero-g roll or have I incorrectly...
