Hmm, I'm kinda bothered that the flat rides will have simple animations rather than realistic physics like from NoLimits Fairground. Also, is it just me or are we just limited to one certain station platform having its one own line?
Re: Disaster Transport Final Dispatch: A Mission for the Kid
Damn this sucks. It was a pretty cool ride when I went on it. Hope this new wing rider breaks a new record.
Let's say there are hundreds upon hundreds of square miles of open land, and you could make the next Dubai, Orlando, and Las Vegas; what kinds of things could you put in it? There are many interesting things that such a place could have, like massive shopping malls, resort hotels, integrated...
Yeah, it's kinda odd how we think real differently from Europeans. Carnivals just aren't as big of a thing here as over there. I wish more people would appreciate funfairs here, cause Summerfest with a massive midway could compete with ones like Hull Fair and Rheinkirmes.
Well there are some pretty good fairs, like Texas State and San Diego County. I also wondered, I think it would be cool for Summerfest in Milwaukee to be a fair. It's a music festival, just like how Oktoberfest is a beer festival. If you make a massive carnival portion for Summerfest, it could...
Is the woodie actually portable or is it permanent? Also, the water coaster looks kinda like a portable flume ride with roller coaster tracks. I'm sure the Germans could do a better job with that sorta concept.
I also wonder, are there any portable water dark rides?
Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of state/county fairs that have nice midways, but they're just the icing on the cake for those events. Thing is, they're a whole bunch of things besides carnivals, like merchandise vendors, arts & crafts, competitive exhibits, livestock, and other kinds of...
But how would you know? Sure the thrill park project failed, but it had a high chance of success too. The only way we'd know for sure that the Orlando area wouldn't want an amusement park if they said it themselves. Besides, I think that the area should attract both fields of amusement...
So when it comes there will there be videos of it? It would be pretty nice cause I don't think CF has done vids of UK funfairs yet, unless I missed any.
You know, I think it would be a good idea for these parks because if people wanna do thrills they can go to those, while the major theme parks are about family fun.
Are there any good big carnivals that aren't parts of state/county fairs in the US? There's a decent sized one at the Meadowlands complex, but are there any others that aren't classified as state or county fairs? I'm also not talking about the ones you see at schools, firehouses, and churches.
Well the Legoland brand is owned by Merlin (just like how Busch Gardens is owned by Seaworld Parks), but I can also see them bulding their own new theme park like Alton Towers and Thorpe Park. It could even be more eleborate than those two.
As for Schlitterbahn waterpark, that could've also...
With Legoland coming to Florida, how would you like a Cedar Fair and Six Flags park near Orlando as well? The Six Flags park could compete with their bigger parks, like Great Adventure and Magic Mountain. It could also have a Hurricane Harbor waterpark next to it, as well as some other stuff...
Well the amusement park would be like Cedar Point with all different coasters and old-fashioned rides. The theme parks in the resort would be Disney/Universal/Seaworld/Busch quality.
