train update: no train, but we *do* have a queue update, and can confirm this looks incredibly cheap and embarrassingly bad.
I know "it's unfinished" and all that but this looks hopeless. Running contender for world's worst queue line?
Looks like a fun ride, but why is the ride still a half-construction site?

With significant mud portions in the Nemesis queue, and the new Hyperia buildings looking very bare & bland, this does spark a worrying trend of Merlin dropping the ball...
Test Track at Epcot is closing on June 17th for a refurbishment. As there is new concept art, could this be yet another reimagining of the ride rather than some more routine maintenance?
Rocket looks... awful with a strange alternating colour scheme which is most likely intentional as the new darker purple was seen before the ride was built up.
Some lore from multiple comments: Rocket had severe issues when it was Airbender, where only one car was ever allowed to run on the...
Not sure how "small news" this is.
Vekoma is allegedly suing B&M as they claim Pipeline the Surf Coaster and its 'wave-jumping' seat movement infringes on one of their patents (from around 2011).

Overdue for some rerides on Rita and 13, but finally got my redemption rides in on Nemesis.
Always liked the idea of getting as many rides as possible on all my favourite roller coasters, and seeing others do the same. Riding new coasters takes priority, but I have a worrying amount of single-figure ride counts on coasters that I love to bits.
#1 Stealth - Thorpe Park - 72 rides

Sorry if this has been mentioned before but I can't stop thinking about it. But the whole Top Thrill 2 thing is so weird to me when it's very clear that Cedar Point wants to forget, and not even mention, the "original attraction" nor acknowledge its existence anymore. So why is it so similar...
To me, Ghost Train at Blackpool Pleasure Beach always stuck out to me as "it fits the criteria to be a roller coaster but I've never counted it personally". I could, and rcdb even has a little note about this ride.
I do feel confident with counting powered coasters and water coasters like the...
Yeah, while losing Grand Prix is sad, I was ultimately never that bothered by it being closed on most of my recent visits. The park can't just keep every old ride forever, because if nothing changes, that's not great for the future. I can only hope that the replacement is worth it.
I'm excited for this and it looks like a great addition to the park, but can't help but think about how it's all weirdly high off the ground? Can't be the only one thinking this.
Some more Adventureland Long Island news: They are getting the first R.E.S. Wave Twister in 2025. Basically a Disko with a turn in the track and an extra axis of rotation.
The name of the Top Spin opening this year is 'Moon Chaser'...
Well this is awkward. I got back on Nemesis this weekend and it kind of moved up 25 spots and it's now one spot behind Black Mamba. I knew I was underrating it, and that my negative first impressions of it were a fluke.
I guess now the unpopular opinion here is me still having Mamba over it...
Not sure how I feel about the black headrest & restraints on Rush and Vortex, but everything else is looking great.
Park's done a fantastic job with being open about their past mistakes and keeping everyone well-updated on whatever went on over winter.
Oh whoops, didn't see that typo. Keeping it because it's funny.
To contrast with your thoughts I kinda hope we don't see a Nebulaz. Zamperla packages might have some decent flats but I desparately hope we see something more unique from a larger range of manufacturers. A Gerstlauer/HUSS/Mondial...
In recent drone footage, it appears that some fencing has blocked off Enterprise's whole area...
I doubt that Towers will keep the area like this for long. Someone from a discord server claims that the park has general development permits for X Sector so they won't have to publicly document...
