LOL Furie, Its not a made up acronym, its the name B&M and John Wardley gave to the ride type when they were designing it, AIR is an Acronym of Aerial Inversion Ride. (Just like RITA is the Reverse Acronym of Alton Towers Intamin Rocket)
Without Doubt Aerial Inversion Ride is a Highly Innovative Ride, Just due to the restraint system, and the loading system, and the most advanced trains ever.
^Yeah thats right, the Immelan ore overbank is over the canada creek railway.
The removal of the MCBR shouldn't effect capacity to much, as previously all that was between the 2 MCBRS was the overbank, and it would have created a very short block segment.
^The Overbanked Turn they removed would not produce excessive forces, Rage has a simmilar element. It is most likely due to visual impact, but having an Airtime Hill which looks like it will produce lots of airtime, is such an awesome replacment for a break run.
Having ridden both wthin less than 24hours of each other, and riding both semi drunk, i have to say i prefer rita, as i love the fast turns, and greater sensation of speed sue to the trees etc,
Well Nemesis just has to be voted better, I recntly visited Flamingoland, and Kumali, may be a good ride, and was very enjoyable, but its just not nemesis it just dosn't give as well a paced ride, and its theming is nowhere near as good.
