Replacing Thunder Express, the park's mine train, Tennessee Tornado was one of Arrow Dynamic's last projects. While the track layout is rather short, the ride features a huge lift hill running up the side of the mountain. A quick spiral into a straight, tunnelled drop leads riders through a 110ft. vertical loop, overbank, more inversions, and another overbank. The ride is smooth and comfortable, even with the often-reviled Arrow shoulder harnesses. Set into the back corner of the park, Tornado is the farthest thing from the entry gate, but the ride is certainly worth the walk!
