Mystery Mine is Dollywood's newest and most popular coaster. The first Gerstlauer Eurofighter built in the United States, Mystery Mine features drops, inversions, and themed dark ride sections. Guests board the themed 8-person vehicles and descend into the mine for two and a half minute ride. Mystery Mine has 2 vertical lifthills, a short vertical drop, a beyond vertical twisting drop, and a high speed 2 inversion finale that leaves riders breathless. In between the fast-paced coaster action are dark ride sections that draw guests into the story. As the ride slogan says, "What if there's no light at the end of the tunnel?"
