Carowinds is North and South Carolina's theme park. Spanning both states (the only park in America to do so), Carowinds has coasters and rides for the whole family, ranging from a massive kid's section to exciting coasters like Afterburn. Until recently, the park was owned by Paramount, and shares similarities with Kings Dominions. Now that Cedar Fair controls the park, fans are hoping they'll continue to add new rides and attractions. All but confirmed for the 2009 season, Flying Super Saturator will be leaving for a Vekoma boomerang from Geauga Lake.
