Up to four riders at a time are slowly hoisted to the top of the structure (which can be seen half-a-mile away from the park as you drive in), before plummeting back down to earth! The ride operator has control when to drop the carriage... would you like to wait at the top any longer than what you have to?

The Drop will close if the winds are too strong, after all, this is "the highest and fastest ride on the south coast!"
