Nickelodeon Streak is a renamed and repainted "Rollercoaster". Rollercoaster was built in 1933 from the remains of a coaster called "The Velvet Coaster". In 1932, a road was built through the Pleasure Beach and The Velvet Coaster was demolished to make way for it. Charlie Paige retained the lift hill and created a new coaster that turned right instead of left.
The ride is a very gentle, undulating out and back coaster, with tiny pops of air time here and there. Rollercoaster ran for many years without any restraints, but the latest refurbished trains for Nickelodeon Streak have both belt and bar.
