The African theme to the ride takes over from the second you enter the ride area. The trains are painted in animal print colours and jungle style beat music. A deep, African voice welcomes you to the ride and offers instructions. Hit this ride on a hot day and it'll feel like you're a world away from Yorkshire.
After a relatively slow lift hill climb, riders are faced with stunning views over the park and surrounding countryside. The view doesn't last for long as the train hurtles towards the ground through a sweeping drop. Four tightly-packed inversions follow, including a cobra roll above a lake.
In 2008, a video system was added to the ride so guests can buy on-ride videos as well as on-ride photos.
