Terra Mitica, whilst being one of the most highly visited theme parks in Spain, suffers badly when compared with Port Aventura and Warner Bros Movie World Madrid.  This is because there is a lack of attractions, and those that are here are not the best examples of their genre or as good as they could have been.  The park, however, is beautiful, perhaps not as much so as Port Aventura, but it definitely puts most other parks to shame.  It is sad then that Terra Mitica remains a potential world-class theme park, but seems to be going nowhere right now.

Bendidorm is a hugely popular holiday destination for Brits, so if you get dragged to Benidorm, kids, make sure you persaude your parents to take you to Terra Mitica, because it's better than laying on a beach for two weeks and provides a whole two extra roller coasters than sun-bathing would!
