Park Information
Phantasialand is a smallish park in mid-Germany. It is near both Koln and Bonn, and thus easily accessed fom the Koln/Bonn Airport. It may be small, but the park is one of the most impressive in Germany. Its theming is absolutely excellent, sometimes a little over-the-top, but nevertheless is superb. Be it western, medieval or chinese, the theming is always top notch, and makes you feel like you really are in the lands the themes depict. As well as theming, they have some interesting rides too, from the two Maurer spinning coasters, Winjas, to their massive Rapids ride and the indoor Mystery Castle tower ride. For the 2006 season, Phatasialand is adding a B&M inverted coaster with superb theming and an excellent layout. The park is superb, and is well worth visiting if you're in Germany.
