Space Mountain:  Mission 2 is easily the most intense of all the Space Mountain coasters at Disney's parks.  Space Mountain:  Mission 2 combines the traditional dark, enclosed style of the Space Mountain series, but with some added twists - an uphill launch, and three inversions.    The ride is themed around a cannon that Jules Vern invented to fire people into space.
