Fårup Sommerland is a park that offers something for everything.   There are plenty of thrilling and "family" coasters, an assault course which could end up in embarresment, a massive child's play area (for big kids as well as small) and loads of quality merchandise to satisfy any theme park geek!  Fårup Sommerland started life as a wholesaler and the increase in Danish tourism during the 1970s is what turned it into a theme park. Making good use of surrounding countryside and terrain, the park added new attractions ranging from trampolines to coasters on a frequent basis, with each year smashing it's gate numbers.
