Canada's Wonderland is Canada's biggest theme park with over 200 attractions. Located close to Toronto, the park draws millions of visitors each summer. Although most of the coasters are clones in one form or another, there's quite a bit to do there-- enough to keep occupied for more then a day. The park is very well landscaped, especially in the middle around Vortex, the parks Arrow suspended.

On paper, CW doesn’t really look that spectacular from an enthusiasts point of view. With 13 coasters it seems like it would be really awesome, but a closer inspection yields that nearly every ride is a clone of something. It’s kind of funny almost that a park can have this many ‘standard’ coasters. That being said, the park is really really nice. Without Behemoth, I don’t think the park would reach the standard it is now, but that ride really fills the gap for a big stand-out ride that’ll get the massive recognition (I’ve already seen it listed in a couple US papers). There’s enough coasters here to keep you busy for awhile, and none of them are too terrible, even the Zamperla flyer. The park really shines in flat rides, though. Out of all the parks I’ve been to, this has the best collection with a Mondial Top Scan, Mondial Frisbee, Huss Jump II, Top Spin, Drop Tower, and all the standard park flats. I’m told this park gets packed in the summer (and being close to Toronto I don’t doubt it), so it’s great to see they’ve added more then just coasters to keep people busy. There’s a ton of variety here. From flying to invert to stand up to airtime—you can get just about every kind of coaster here along with a ton of different flat experiences. The park is really beautiful too. I absolutely adore the area around the suspended in the center of the park with giant grassy areas and a lake. There’s some nice themes including a medieval area and the whole park is quite clean. Overall I was very impressed with the park and would love to visit again.
