Gravity Max is the world's first, and so far only, tilt coaster, built by Vekoma. The train is pulled up a regular chain lift onto a horizontal platform. This platform then tilts to a 90 degree angle, before the train is released into a vertical drop.

The drop is followed by a tight, forceful turn inside a tunnel, a vertical loop, and a helix, before the return to the station. The ride experience here can be extremely different depending on where in the train riders sit.
