Seoulland is situated just outside the Seoul metropolitan area, and is part of the huge Seoul Grand Park complex. Seoul Grand Park is billed as the biggest "natural" park in Asia. Nestled in and around the mountains, it consists of a huge zoo, mountain and forest trails, The National Museum of Contempory Art, and of course Seoulland. Seoulland was built by the Korean government, and opened to coincide with the 1988 Olympic Games. The park itself is quite small, but has a lot crammed into the space.
The location of the park, too, is quite beautiful, being relatively hidden amongst the tree-covered hills. The park has a lot of small children's/family rides that I haven't included here.
