Nagashima Spaland can be reached by taking a bus from Kuwana train station. You could also take a taxi, which is a lot easier, but will set you back around twelve pounds ($25). The nearest major city is Nagoya, around 20-30 minutes from Kuwana. An all inclusive ticket to the park is currently 4,800 yen, which is around 20 pounds ($40). Considering the sheer volume of rides here, this is an extremely reasonable price. |

A large number of rides are crammed into a relatively small area here, making the park feel a little hectic, even on quiet days. There is no theming here either, just rides squeezed into every available space. There is a large water park right next door, also part of Nagashima Resort. Nagashima Spaland is easily one of Japan's premier parks, and should not be missed!
The park has absolutely loads of smaller flat rides and children's rides that I haven't included in this guide. There really is just too much!
