This along with 5 other rides was closed so I have no idea what it is like. I couldn't find it either.

Went on this a few days ago, got 2 spins in each direction. Barely managed to get up to a decent speed, terrible. It
wasn't even because It was busy, It was a weekday. If this is a permanent change then thorpe have ruined a fantastic
ride.

Best ride at thorpe and one of the best flats in the UK. Good fun if you sit on the side nearest to X:WTF otherwise it
is quite painful, but fun nonetheless

I rode this last year at the Thorpe Blasts was drak and the ride was broken all day so I never saw it in motion I didnt

Gotta love the Slammer ;] EXTREMELY unreliable, though. It constantly breaks down. The restraints make me feel slightly
unsafe.. but it's worth it. Incredible experience.. especially when you're going forwards! Feels like you're flying!

I prefer to sit on the side where you go backwards first. Then you hav the free falling bit to look forward to =D

I liked this. Alough I pullet my shoulder restraints down a bit to far so I felt rather squashed, it didnt destroy the
enjoyment of the ride. :)

People who are complaining that it hurts must be pulling their shoulder restraints down too far, i have beem om it many
times and have never felt discomfort.

loads of people who i've met were afraid to go on this. I admit it looks terrifying but the que moves quickly and i love
it! It does scare the life out of some but it just makes me hyper!its brilliant i rate it 8/9/ out of 10(even (like
Hypze said before) if it hurst your shoulders and back!)

I rode this for the first time yesterday. Contray to what I had anticipated it wasn't at all scary or sickening. It just
makes your head feel very perculiar. Hugely enjoyable and unique. Similar sensations to a Huss Flyaway but completley
different ride.

This was very very scary when I last went on it in '05. Feels like you're going to fly out when you're upsidedown!

Great ride. I once rode it with very few other people on it, and it rotated so fast that the pressure nearly blocked my
ears completely! And keeping your arms and legs in the air is such a great feeling.

Great flat for Thorpe. Best is when you go backwards as it really feels like your going to fall out. 9

The feeling of no control and fear on this ride just adds to the intenseness of the ride...My fav for Thorpe!

waited for 40 minutes but then it broke down with only half an hour till the park closed. The ride op said that they
didn't know how long it would be till it was working, so we left the queue to ride something else. Looked good,
though...

I didn't enjoy this ride. My restraint was loose so i just held on tight and closed my eyes. Wouldn't go on it again.

Good unique ride, and not as uncomfortable as I imagined it would be.
