News Park News New fence and lake for Thorpe Park's LC12!

THORPE PARK, SURREY, UK

A quick LC12 construction update...there's nothing terribly exciting to report! There's a new fence and a couple of diggers on site. The most interesting thing is that they've appeared to dig out a small lake, which can be seen in the foreground of the second and third images. Looking back at the other photos, there wasn't any water there last time and the pile of MUD is a lot larger.

LC12 is a Bolliger and Mabillard "wingrider" coaster, like Raptor at Gardaland, and it's scheduled to open in March next year. Please read our Construction Blog for all the details.
