MOVIE PARK GERMANY, BOTTROP, GERMANY
On Saturday 18th June, Movie Park Germany opened their newest rollercoaster, Van Helsing's Factory.
Costing €5m (£4.4/$7.2), this Gerstlauer bobsled coaster heavily uses audio/visual effects and animatronics to create a well themed, spooky ride experience.
The video embedded to the right was filmed by rides.nl and shows the impressive opening ceremony, queue line and ride in gorgeous HD.
Van Helsing's Factory is the parks sixth operating coaster and is housed in the former Gremlins dark ride building. It's amazing how much a good theme can make an average coaster look half decent.
