CONDITIONS OF USE

Coaster Force and it's management are in no way associated with any theme parks, except through their love of going to them.

Coaster Force, CF-Live, and its copyright, belongs to Dan Farrell.

Any items on Coaster Force, such as videos, images and articles, are the property of Coaster Force and their respected owners. No items (including text and source code) may be reproduced, edited or transmitted in any form without prior consent from Coaster Force or the respected owner of the item. Credit is given to any contributions to Coaster Force.

The information on Coaster Force is used at the user's own risk. Coaster Force will not accept liability for any consequences caused by using this site.

Coaster Force reserves the right to alter anything on this site without notice and reason. This includes your Coaster Force User Account and everything it contains.

The Coaster Force mangment team will not pass any personal information stored in your user account, including email addresses, to third parties or any other organization. The Coaster Force website may contain various adverts that may collect cookies defining your surfing habits, by using Coaster Force you acknowledge and accept this. For information on stopping cookies or removing them, please consult the documentation/help for your web browser. Coaster Force may not function correctly if you do not have cookies enabled for the site.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

Although we try our best to get things right, there may be some things that are not correct. The information in the Park/Ride Guides, Photo Galleries and News items are written to the best of our knowledge using personal experience as well as many external sources for clarification.

Please be aware that the authors of any News item or Articles on Coaster Force are free to offer their own personal opinion in the text, which may differ from yours or a theme park's opinion. This also include the comments/reviews written by Coaster Force Members for individual parks, rides, news items, and articles.

Coaster Force cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, personal injury, or expense caused by the information on Coaster Force.

ATTENDING A COASTER FORCE LIVE ("CF-LIVE")

A Coaster Force Live is an organized meeting of Coaster Force Members, their friends, and family at theme parks throughout the world.

Coaster Force's role is the organizer and organizer alone. Coaster Force will supply the time, date, and location of the meet-up.

It is the attendee's responsibility to make their own way to and from the theme park, pay any entrance fees, arrange and pay for accommodation, provide their own food, and buy any souvenirs.

Coaster Force, or it's management, cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, personal injury, or expense caused as a result of attending a Coaster Force Live. It is the attendee's responsibility to look after their own property and well-being. Coaster Force actively encourage all attendees under the age of 16 years to inform their parents/guardian that they are attending and who they are meeting with, however, Coaster Force regrets that individual checks cannot be made.

Coaster Force and it's management request that all attendees to a Coaster Force Live abide by park rules and instructions given by the park management and ride operators, although Coaster Force cannot be liable for any actions by any attendee(s) that disobeys the instructions given by park management or ride operators.  Any inappropriate behavior which could reflect negatively on Coaster Force will result in you being asked to leave the group, as well as a ban from attending future CF-Lives and an IP ban from www.coasterforce.com

Coaster Force can not guarantee the park, or all the rides, will be open on the day of a Coaster Force Live and cannot be held responsible. Coaster Force also reserves the right to change the date or location of the CF-Live without notice or reason and cannot be held financially liable for costs you have incurred.

You may be filmed or photographed at a CF-Live event and by attending you give your permission for any media containing your image, actions or voice to be published on Coaster Force for any reason.

CF SHOP & PAYMENTS

The items for sale in the CF-Shop are of the highest quality and will be sent out to you in excellent, brand-new condition.

Items will be shipped from the United Kingdom, and therefore overseas orders may take longer, but all delivery of goods should be within 28 days. Coaster Force cannot be held responsible for delivery that takes over 28 days to deliver due to circumstances out of our control, such as, but not limited to, postal strikes.

At the time of posting, Coaster Force will obtain 'Proof of Posting'. Coaster Force and it's management cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. No refunds will be given for any items lost or damaged in the post but Coaster Force will supply you with the proof of posting certificate if you require it to make a claim against the postal service.

If the item is in stock, your money will be taken at time of ordering. If the item is out of stock, your money will be taken when the new stock arrives.

Cash orders will be accepted from established CF Members through the post. Coaster Force cannot accept responsibility for money lost/stolen in the post. Coaster Force strongly recommends you insure any money being sent through the post. No cheques/checks accepted.
