One of Tokyo's older parks, Toshimaen is easily accessible by subway. The subway station has the same name as the park itself and can be found on the Toei Oedo line. Unlike other parks in the area, Toshimaen is very green and doesn't feel as pushed for space. Most of the flat rides are constructed on top of buildings, thus freeing up more ground space. It should be noted that on the day the pictures for this guide were taken, the park grounds were open, but the rides were not. Toshimaen has a lot of flat rides which are not currently included in this guide, due to inaccessibility on the day.
