Although the closest town to Tongdo Fantasia is Yangsan, it's actually much easier to access this park from Busan, as this large city has much better transportation links to the rest of Korea. There are a number of buses that travel from Busan's main bus station. A direct bus should take around 30 minutes, or a non-direct local bus around 45 minutes to an hour. You should take a bus for "Tongdo" and basically get off when you see the park's ferris wheel.
Tongdo Fantasia is a really attractive park, though there's not really much to do to occupy more than a few hours. That is unless you also plan on taking in the water park, "Aqua Fantasia," located just across the lake. A huge condo complex is under construction between the amusement park and water park, due to open in 2008, and bound to increase visitor numbers to the park.
This place is definitlely worth a visit for anyone travelling in the Busan/Kyungju area.
