Opening in 1967, Six Flags over Georgia was the second park in the Six Flags chain.  Located right next to Atlanta, the park features a variety of great coasters and rides.  The park has a beautiful landscaping and many hills- a great setting.  Originally divided into six sections for each ruling flag (Spain, France, United Kingdom, United States, Confederate States, and Georgia), the park now contains several other sections including Gotham City and Thomas Town.  As one of the biggest parks in the Southeast, Six Flags over Georgia is definitely worth a trip!

This Six Flags has a lot going for it. It has a great mega, a very good looper, and a good flyer. A launch (by Intamin
or Premier) would help a lot. It's woodens are so so. One is kind of old and too normal while the other is rough when
it doesn't have to be. It is a good well-rounded park with some nice scenery and some good theming in the Batman area.
It gets a grade of a B.

I guess I'm lucky I used to live here, I know all about it! I'm starting to go back anually because I have family
including my fragile nan who has recently become a widdow :(. Anyway, I love this park a lot and it's great on a hot
day. When you go, near the bumper cars are something called dippin dots, eat some!!!! This park is the first park I've
ever known and I will always love it.

This place is loads of fun. Lots of rides, and especially good variety of coasters. This is tied with BGT as my favorite
southern park.

A decent park with some good theming in the Gotham City area. The B&M's here are some of the best (even if some are
cloned, Scorcher is the best), Mindbender is my favorite Schwarzkopf, and GASM is my favorite wooden coaster.
