This park is amazing. I think it has a better coaster selection than Cedar Point. El Toro, Nitro, Kingda Ka and Bizarro are some of the best coasters around, and with its great family rides (Skull Mountain, Runaway Mine Train), kiddie rides(4 kid sections), and shows, this park is amazing.

It pains me to say this since I live only 45 minutes away and used to go all the time. This is a terrible park.
As a kid it was great, but has been progressively going downhill for the last 6 years I'd say and last time I went it just sucked. Has a lot of rides but most are closed, there are some I have still NEVER been on. Dirty, unfriendly park, just seems poorly laid out compared to Cedar Point. There are some GREAT coasters but lines are packed. Often I spend a day and do 5-6 rides. Honestly, I enjoy driving the 6 hours from my school to Cedar Point then 45 mins to here. I wish Hershey or Dorney would buy El Toro, Nitro, and Medusa and level this place. Those rides are BRILLIANT. Batman is fun, as is Superman even Rolling Thunder. Chiller was good but now gone, as the park gets more kiddie...Kingda Ka is great but the OTSR's make it rough compared to TTD.
Great coasters, terrible park. Go for the rides, but as a long time frequenter I am disappointed.

A lot of the six flags parks were getting a bit lack-lustre for a while. but, it seems that they are making a comeback. im heading for SFGA in Aug. looking forward to kingda ka and i want to see if el toro will knock the voyage off of my number 1 spot.

A lot of people I speak to at other parks have a distaste for SFGA due to lack of cleanliness, rude operators & poor line control, but those same people say that they haven't been to the park in years. Well this is my local park & I've been coming here for over 25 years. It was quite bad for a while, but has improved greatly over the past decade. Nowadays the park is much cleaner & the ride operators are much friendlier with the biggest improvements coming at the launch of Kingda Ka. SFGA has the greatest variety of coasters of any park I have visited (yes, that includes Cedar Point) and although the new Dark Knight isn't my cup of tea, it's addition shows continued commitment to improving the park (in the only area of the park that really needs it). SFGA is a must visit for any coaster enthusiast.

Awesome park! It's my home park too. El Toro is the best ride there, and Nitro, Medusa, and Kingda Ka are my next favorites.

Amazing park. Best Six Flags park I've been to. Kingda Ka, El Toro, and Nitro alone make this park worth a long drive.

Drove ten hours for this park and I'm not disappointed at all. The atmosphere was decent, the ride operators were friendly, and most of all, it probably has one of the best coaster line ups at any park, anywhere.
As for my favourite coaster there? El Toro, no doubts about that.

eventhough Kingda Ka was incredible id have to say El Toro's power and forces just beat everything else the park has to offer

Kingda Ka by a nose... or rather, a front row. NOTHING beats Kingda Ka's front row, it's the only thing in the park that's better than El Toro.

It's hard to pick one top coaster here. I love them all for different reasons but I have to say Chiller is currently my favourite.

Medusa By far is the best ride. WHY? cause it's incredibly smooth, fun, and the layout is great too. the worst is GASM, cause it's rough and hurts like hell, it also gives me blackouts FREQUENTLY!

This clearly has to be Kingda Ka or Nitro. The one trick pony or the mile long horse. I'm gonna go with KK for the sheer thrill that it gives. I love that ride although Nitro is world class also.

A great coaster to ride is Great American Scream Machine. It has many inversions including the batwing. the interesting part of this ride is the first half of the batwing, since you enter it right after a block section you enter it quite slow. You first get a feeling that you wont make it through the inversion, then you fall out of your seats. Its truly a great ride and since its old, the lines are never quite as long as the others.
