One of the many excellent

Greenwood is a lovely little park out in the middle of a Welsh forest. The park is designed to entertain children in an ecologially, "back to basics" kind of way. It may seem odd then that the park has a roller coasterbut it's no ordinary roller coaster - It's powered by people!

Greenwood hosts a wide range of entertainment to keep the young, and young at heart, entertained for a full day. It's a very physical, "hands-on" kind of day and you can experience:

- Den Building: Go off into the woods and make yourself a snug little den out of trees, branches and twigs.
- Lose yourself on the boardwalk "Crocodile Maze"
- Climb to the top of the tree tops towers using ropes, climbing steps and walkways: then slide back down the tube slides.
- Try your hand at stilt walking.
- Have a go at hitting the bullseye on the longbow archery arena.
- Drag yourself around the river on the jungle boat adventure.

All this, plus shows, a bunny village, ride on tractors, diggers, puzzles, crafts and more. All laid out in a friendly, pleasant and wonderful surrounding.

Nice little park, very friendly staff. Good for the educational side of things and located in a great forest location.
Highlight is the Green Dragon coaster.

If I was rating the park on a wonderful day out for a young family, it would easily get 95! As a general park for
the "thrill" hungry though, it deserves less. Great place, well worht visiting as an "interesting" and educational
visit. If you're after high thrills though, it's not really for you. Go anyway though.

I've given 55. I think it is a good day out but expansion is needed. Perhaps more actual rides. I hope they do
investigate further ways of making theme park rides enviromentally friendly!
