Salou, Spain

Dragon Khan | Stampida | Tomahawk | El Diablo | Templo del Fuego | Sea Odyssey
Tutuki Splash | Silver River Flume | Grand Canyon Rapids | Hurakan Condor |
Furius Baco
Kon-Tiki Wave | Tami-Tami | Crazy Barrels | Trono de Pacal | Yucatan | Serpiente Emplumada

Dragon Khan is visible from miles around and, to this day, embodies what a big multi-looper should be. Being the second oldest B&M Mega-Looper, it has developed a personality over the years, and sometimes can give a bit of a rough ride, however it never resorts to being uncomfortable. This is one of the best B&M's in the world, and whilst it has eight inversions, they are never repetitive.

Type: Mega Looper

Fantastic ride. I started to get G-Force headaches after a bit, but it's generally awesome. Not quite as good as Kraken
in my book as the drop isn't as effective.

Slightly overated but still an incredible roller coaster (among the best in existence) It is a little rough at times,
but nowhere near as bad as Furius Baco. with a huge drop, brilliant inversions and an intense second half, Dragon Khan
makes my personal top 5 roller coasters. Also, despite being at the opposite end of the park, it is one of the first
things you see upon entering Port Aventura!

Incredible coaster, lightyears better than Thorpe's Colossus. A good first drop and the layout looks and feels sexy..
and it doesn't feel like the inversions are just there for the sake of having lots of loops, the transitions are perfect
- doesn't make you too dizzy either...

love that you can see it from the airport , brought to mind how PMBO towers ominously, owns the horizion. The coaster
itself lived up to its reputation for me and them some. If 8 inversions sounds disorientating,it never seems it for a
moment on ride-its just the intensity of the whole thing that makes your head spin. Staggeringly good.

Brilliant coaster, whole lot of fun from beginning to end. Really smooth with some awesome positive g's. The sound of
the trains as it goes through Cobra Roll whilst in the queue line tells you its a great B&M! Its NOT floorless tho?!!!!

I may or may not ride this (only because the drop is big) but I'd love to ride it mostly because it has 8 inversions.
There's another ride I know that has 10 inversions. I'd love to ride that.

This coaster is truly amazing and massive its the first thing that court my eye as I was approaching the park. All the
drops are perfect to make you float in your seat, every corner and inversions takes you by a big surprise especially on
the Zero-G Roll. The ride is non stop action start to finish as the first half of the ride is just as good at the
second. I can see why it’s a 10. There is so much more is can say about this brill coaster!!!

A good old-school B&M ride that really puts a lot of their modern stuff to shame. Really intimidating walking up the
hill when you first see it. Inversions are fast and forceful, but the ride is let down a bit by the lack of anything
else to it.

A simply outstanding ride...dominating the sky for miles around...excellent theming....good seats and restraints crest
the hill and then enjoy 50 seconds of ride perfection...simply outstanding..

The fact that the ride is floorless does make a bit of a difference; but to be completely honest it all cracks down to
the overall experience.

Its much more intense than Kraken imo. The first half of the ride is very similar but Khan seems to travel through the
inversions a lot faster; and the second half is INCREDIBLY forceful compared to Krakens second half.

Dragon Khan is the best roller coaster in the world. The sitting train is fantastic!

Agreed; the layout has been pretty much cloned a few times too. Take Kraken for example, the layout is very similar but
its practically forceless compared Khan.

my no 1 ride, blows nemesis away by miles, lightyears even, this is probably the worlds best steel coaster for
inversions

Caffeine_demon - Nemesis was my fav ride until I rode this, then I realised how short and dull it is. Dragon Khan had so
much to it. Same goes with Black Mamba; despite there stunning scenery. Superman looks very similar to Khan; but
Supermans barely 2 years old! Nothing can beat Khans original 13 year old layout!

A bit overrated IMO - nemesis, black mamba and superman at park warner are better..

Dragon Khan is the ULTIMATE coaster. If I had to I could easily write an essay why I think Dragon Khan is the best
rollercoaster in the world! When you see it; it looks spectacular. Khan is one of the largest B&M loopers in the world,
and there is one aspect that stands out greatly - it never ever lets up! The first drop is awesome with your hands up
and the first loop is titanic; you then enter the rare dive loop and into what could be the most intense inversion ever!
The zero-G roll, you get thrown all over the place but the exit will result in about a second or two of airtime. The
cobra roll is fairly snappy but the surprise is the airtime you gather onto the MCBR, you then speed down a tight drop
into a smaller loop for some strong G-forces! The latter of the ride is very forceful and twisted but the whole
experience never seems to be uncomfortable. The queue line is very short due to the rapid capacity, which means many
re-rides, but prepare to be dissapointed if they don't have all 3 trains running - the queue raises then. I managed 17
rides on this within my week at PA and has never let me down, and offers very different experiences where you sit and
when you ride (night or day). Better than Nemesis = 10/10!

Amazing, best B&M i have riden and my first multi looper, rode this 5 times in my 2 day trip, rareley ever more than a
half hour cue, and there always asking for single riders, so if you go single you get on even quicker! :)
