Park Information

Cedar Point is probably the mecca for all theme park and coaster enthusiasts. Boasting a vast array of rides, including 17 roller coasters and plenty of attractions for kids, families and the die hard thrill seeker, Cedar Point is a must for all enthusiasts.
Built on an peninsular in Lake Erie, this wonderful park has a great setting and two days are a required to see it all. It can get rather busy on some of the bigger attractions.
Cedar Point has always been an iconic and pioneering amusement park. In previous years they have held the record for the highest and fastest coasters. They are also renowned for putting on great entertainment shows and fireworks. It cannot be stressed how much there is to do at this park; there's even a water park and an on-site hotel.
Staff are really keen to make the long waits and ride experiences enjoyable as possible. The interaction between the staff and the punters is second to none. They are friendly, helpful and polite. The park is always clean. Food is varied and easily accessible throughout the park. Parking charges are reasonable but unfortunately it's not really a park you can walk to although it is serviced by regular buses. Without fail, Cedar Point will add something new every year. It's amazing how they cram so much in as the park is relatively small! Go there now!

This is by far my favorite park. I am lucky enough to get to go once a year and I love the Millennium Force, Top Thrill
Dragster, and Maverick the most. Most of the roller coasters are very good as well as some of the stationary rides like
MaxAir and Skyhawk

I'm not ready to call it the best park, because I haven't been able to ride Maverick yet. MF, Gemini, and Top Thrill
Dragster are very very good, but Magnum, Raptor, and Wicked Twister are overrated. I hope that Maverick will sway my
view.

Wow. The Other day my family was driving to Cedar Point for a vacation. This would have been my second time there so I
knew what to expext. After driving for 3 hours we get a call from our relatives saying that its raining really hard and
all of the rides are closed. Damn. We drove all of the way back to Minnesota, but luckily we got a refund on our hotel,
and we planned to go again in about a week. That day sucked

As for most of you Cedar Point being your home park.. Sadly it's not mine. I heard about it on the internet and how good
it was so I flew out from AZ. Cedar Point was the most amazing experience of my life. Ever since my first visit I fly
out every summer. Truly a well organized, thought out, Adrenalin packed park. When I first heard of Top Thrill Dragster,
I couldn't imagine it. The only other launch coaster I had been on was California Screamin. The dragster for sure caught
me by surprise. Excellent advice I was given to sit in the front. Truly an outstanding experience. Same with Millennium
Force, except for the last seat. The airtime in the last seat of millennium down the first hill was insane. No other
words for it. Magnum was a great ride to, for its age. Most of Cedar Point roller coasters were record holders. Some
still are. Most records though taken away by places all over. However, Cedar Points coasters are all in one place. The
real "best park on the planet." In my opinion , Cedar Point has the greatest collection of roller Coasters any where.

Amazing Parkslighty disapointed with the themeing. It reminds me of a fair ground they build the rides and just chuck
them anywhere. Luv the Magnum XL

Cedar point Blows all other amusement parks i've been to away, the sweet 16 they say, but cedar point isnt incredible
just for the rides, it is an escape from the real world. Top thrill dragster, Millenium force, wicked twister, ALL
RIDES at cedar point are breaking records and raising the bar for extreme thrill rides. I'd have to say, of all the
parks i've been to, cedar point TRUELY is America's ROCKIN' roller coast!!! so glad it's my home park! XD
